RECREATIONAL LEAGUE ONLINE and PAPER REGISTRATION

BYSO's Spring 2012 recreational season will begin on February 25, 2012!

Registration dates and fees are as follows:

November 19th - January 7th: $89.00 registration fee (paper registration)
January 8th - January 21st: $119.00 registration fee

ABSOLUTELY NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JANUARY 21ST.

There will be a table available to register your child for the spring season near the concession stand on Saturday, November 19th, which is the last game day of the current season.


A COPY OF THE CHILD'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER FOR THE SPRING SEASON.  ALL OF BYSO'S RECORDS WERE DESTROYED IN THE FIRE.  THERE IS NO LONGER A FILE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATES, SO YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ONE EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE SO FOR A PRIOR SEASON.

Paper Registration Form

Parent Code of Ethics (Every family must complete an updated form each season. No exceptions.)

Scholarship Application Form (for Rec League) This print form must accompany the print registration form, along with $39 per player and a signed Code of Ethics form. Scholarship applicants cannot register online. (Note: $39 will be refunded if declined.)

HOW TO COMPLETE AN ONLINE REGISTRATION

If you are a returning player, your child may already be in the system. Type in your username and password. If this does not work, or if you cannot remember it, use the Coach Lookup Option. If you have more than one child playing soccer, you must register each player individually.  Then after you've done that, you may go back in and create a Family Account.  To pull all your children into one Family Account, you will have to enter the individual username and password for each child that you received.  But once you have pulled them into your family account, in the future, you only need to remember that one Family Account username and password. 

Make sure you complete all Parent Information & Emergency Contact information FOR EACH PLAYER.  It will not automatically fill in from the other player's profile.

If you are a new player (and family) to soccer and wish to register online...

Click below on the link that says SIGN UP NOW FOR Spring 2012. When you have completed the registration for your first child, then come back to the link again,
and do that for the next child.  (Make note of all individual children's usernames and passwords.) Once you have registered all children, then you can go in and create a Family Account and link all of your children into that one Family Account with their username and password so that in the future, the Family Account username and password is the only one you need to remember.


Every Family must Print/Sign and upload to your online account or mail to us an updated Parent Code of Ethics EACH SEASON. Remember, also, that we need birth certificates for all players (returning and new) this season.
