Dear Community,

Fall 2009/Spring 2010 seasons mark the 22nd year for the Bastrop Youth Soccer Organization (BYSO). Children from all over come to BYSO to play soccer: Bastrop, Cedar Creek, Coupland, Dale, Elgin, Del Valle, Flatonia,Giddings, LaGrange, Lockhart, Manor, McDade, Paige, Red Rock, Rockne, Rosanky, Smithville, Austin and even Cedar Park. On average, over 1000 children play soccer every year with BYSO.

BYSO believes in family and community. We make a point to get bids from and purchase supplies from local companies whenever possible and encourage the families of our players to do the same. Parents and other community volunteers run every facet of BYSO. The children depend on them for everything; coaching, field maintenance, fundraising, serving on our board of directors, providing financial support and forming enthusiastic cheering sections. Without the help of volunteers and generous donations from the community, there would be no soccer organization. Newcomers to BYSO will find an open organization where everyone is encouraged to attend our monthly board meetings.

We are currently seeking sponsors for our 2010 Seasonal Year for sponsors and donations. This is the time of year when we reach out to the community and ask for support. To those who have supported us in the past, we offer our sincere thanks. To those who are new to BYSO or the Bastrop area, we ask that you partner with us to provide the best soccer program possible for our children. Your assistance ensures that we are able to provide a quality program at an affordable price.

There are many different levels of support.
